You can only get a refund within the first 3 days of the "first order" date. It is not valid for the first 3 days of the following (recurring) months and is non-refundable.

How to get a refund?

By contacting via email, ticket panel or ticker discord; Tell our technical support team that you would like to receive a refund. Your server will then be "permanently and irreversibly" deleted, and your money (100%) will be refunded to your card without processing fee. Refunds may take several days, depending on your bank.
